I have purchased Ola elected s*x plus on **th December. Scooter started giving trouble from day *. After few weeks it stopped by itself and didn't get started. Then I rebooted it by seeing on Google. A few days later while driving it got jammed and dead. A truck was coming from back by god grace we didn't got hurt but scooter fell down and it got damaged. scooter didn't started after several attempts. I tried to contact Ola they were not apologize for the inconvenience promptly asked **** for toeing the scooter from flyover. I arranged the self pickup took it to Ola experience centre. After * days they called and said your scooter is ready but we will not fix physical damages and if you will not pickup your scooter you have to pay parking charges. They pressured me. I picked up scooter as they assured it won't get dead again. After few days scooter stopped charging. Everytime i have to do * to * times reboot to charge scooter.
Now on **th of March scooter on road while riding got dead and not starting. Handle is unlocked. On app it's showing scooter is on ride mode.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
