an unconsented order was delivered to me and has not been picked up after more than ** days although the working for it is * to * days.
even after multiple calls, mails and complaints no resolution has been given and they keep saying they didn't receive my mail.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
