One assist - Unavailable for paid service

I have bought their * year AC maintenance plan a year back when I bought my AC from sahu agencies Lucknow, they sold that as Sahu care, from past one week I tried to contact sahu care but not a single call got connected, when I went to the showroom they directed me towards one assist as they have purchased that plan from them, when I raised a complaint in one assist, they scheduled a time that was three days back but no one arrived they have rescheduled it two times, their customer care numbers do not work and their executives do not pick calls, seems like a fraud company to me.
