Snapdeal.com - Unauthorized Invoice

I have purchased apple iPod touch *th gen ** GB via e-commerce portal snapdeal.com on **th Nov ****. The mentioned item was under warranty for one year ( ** Nov ****) to last year (****). I faced a problem of apple icloud login password and wanted to erase the email associated with the icloud login as there was no way to reset the password. I called Apple customer care to unmap the old email address so that I could use my alternate email address for icloud login. Apple customer service asked for the invoice which came along with the item. Upon sharing all the details, apple service rejected invoice quoting that snapdeal is not authorized to sell Apple product and produced invoice does not match with their internal record. Thus the mentioned item is in an unusable state. An authorized invoice can help me with unlocking icloud login from apple. In this regard, I tried contacting Snapdeal and asked to provide authentic apple reseller/distributor invoice several times but they are not responding at all. They have cheated me and sold product non-ethically.
