Lic Housing Finance Limited - Unauthorized Home Loan Activated or Report to my Credit report

Subject: Request to register complaint regarding Housing Loan Account active at LIC HSG against my PAN no and closure the loan account as well as remove my name & credential due to the loan has taken without my knowledge unfair means
My name is Madhurima Roy RoyChoudhury. My father's name is Late Amlesh Roy Chowdhury and my husband is Saikat Roy. I would like to inform you that a home loan taken under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – CLSS from your premium organization in unfair means without my consent/permission and completely without my knowledge. After checking first time on **/**/**** in my own credit report it is known to me that a home loan has been taken in my name from LIC Housing finance and which has remained active since **/**/**** with sanctioned amount of Rs.**,**,***.**/- & EMI of Rs.*****.**/-. I have never applied for any home loan using my PAN no and Aadhar no. jointly or as a co-applicant or individually. As per report registered mobile nos also not my mobile number. My Aadhar/PAN linked mobile no. is different.Then it is clear that I never did any e-verify/ekyc/vkyc or never put any signature for a home loan at your organization.I am a complete homemaker so it is obvious that I have no income.So, without my knowledge and permission using my credential that huge liability as a co-applicant forcefully placed on me. This loan liability is not mine and completely denies taking any responsibility or liability of above mentioned home loan.
Immediately remove or delete my name or my credential from the same as well as closing the loan account in my name. Kindly take necessary steps from your end to stop this type of fraudulent practice.
