lic housing finance limited - Harassment in securing foreclosure and property documents

My father and my mother (late) took a joint loan in the name of my mother. I am trying to foreclose the loan and get the title deeds from the bank. They asked me to get some papers in place, which I did. But nobody picks up the call for any help and according to Sanjeev Gupta I am not their client so they won't entertain me. My father also tried to call him as he is in the army and cannot be physically present. It's very sad to see how we are harassed to get our own property's original deeds when we are ready to pay the foreclosure amount.
They are saying we will get the property deeds after * months of foreclosure.
I have to sell the house and the buyer's demand draft would expire in * months.
