Cafe Coffee Day - Unauthorized Delay in Coffee Machine Removal Security Deposit Refund Contract Completed

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Coffee Day Beverages regarding the unjustified refusal to remove a coffee machine installed at our premises and the non-refund of our security deposit despite full compliance with the contract. We entered into a contract on **th October **** for a coffee machine with an **-month lock-in period ending on **th September ****, and paid a security deposit of ₹**,***. The contract clearly states that early termination charges of ₹*,*** per remaining month apply only if terminated before the lock-in period ends. On **th September ****, immediately after the lock-in completion, we requested the removal of the machine, but the salesman, Mr. Harshit Bhardwaj, refused citing a **-day notice post lock-in, which is not mentioned anywhere in the contract. Despite multiple reminders and follow-ups, there has been no response or action from Coffee Day Beverages. This refusal and delay are causing direct financial loss of ₹**,*** (security deposit withheld) and operational inconvenience, and represent clear non-compliance with the signed contract. We request immediate removal of the machine, full refund of the security deposit without deductions, and formal confirmation of resolution.
