I have visited a Cafe Coffee Day outlet in Hyderabad.
I asked the staff that can I pay with my Amazon Pay account by selecting the store since I had a gift coupon and wanted to use it. The staff said yes to it. After the payment the staff said they did not know how to process the order and asked me to wait till the manager arrived. They told the manager would come in **mins. The manager came after * hours and when I asked the manager to process the order he said he does not accept orders placed via Amazon pay.
The staff member clearly told me he does but later the manager denied it clearly.
I tried contacting the Amazon Pay customer service and they said it that since I made the payment on a merchant in their app I had to contact the merchant for anything. I tried contacting the Regional Manager of Cafe Coffee Day but he has deserted me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
