Story TV App Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited - Unauthorized deduction of Premium Subscription through Autopay

I have opted for a trial subscription with ID-********* on **th May which is valid till **th May.
However due to my busy schedule I have cancelled my trial subscription on **th May night to avoid any Autopay deduction, well in advance.
To my surprise, the amount of autopay has been debited today even after substitution cancellation with a transaction id-**b*ff**-dfd*-***c-***a-**ce**ccf*af.
I request Voxya team to pls look into this deduction and help me out in getting refund from Story TV soon as possible.
Story TV app customer support is useless, they are not entertaining any email or chat box.
