I am filing this complaint against Story TV regarding an unauthorized auto-debit from my bank account via UPI. On **/*/****, an amount of ₹*** was deducted automatically without my explicit permission or active knowledge.
I did not intend to subscribe to their premium monthly plan, nor was I clearly notified about a recurring auto-pay mandate. I have already cancelled the mandate from my UPI app settings to prevent further unauthorized deductions.
