i had taken loan from baja finserv ltd , the due date is *nd of every month. i failed ** no of EMI on july'**.and the same EMI paid on **th july'**.but the bajaj finserv intentionally advise to bank on **th and **th july for payment for which the bank deducted Rs ***(*****) for failed transaction charges.i request to reimburse but bajaj does not accept my request. i complained by mail no action i am mentally harnessed. pls take action.

Bajaj Finserve is denying loan moratorium inspite of writing several mails requesting moratorium. They are presenting ECS as usual and imposing cheque bouncing charges.
As per agreement bank has to provide me with a flexible loan but after receiving the amount in my bank I came to know that it's a personal loan (EMI based) not flexible loan and they started EMI.
