I have applied for EMI mortrarium from May to August , I have received confirmation with reference number from Bajaj finance as well, how ever every month they are attempting to take Cash from my account and that leads in to Cheque bounce charges, Baja finance is add the bounce charges and additional charge to my loan account and asking me to pay, also my savings account bank also charging the cheque bounce charges every month ***, I'm really not sure how much as been added Total as bounce charge and additional charges kindly help, I have sent email to bank couple of time , explaining the situation, reply I got is , it is cheque bounce we can't waive, I want to waive the cheque bounce and refund the bounce Charged by my savings bank account

As per agreement bank has to provide me with a flexible loan but after receiving the amount in my bank I came to know that it's a personal loan (EMI based) not flexible loan and they started EMI.
