On **th July, **** an amount of Rs. ***.** deducted and paid to RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PRIVATE Limited without my knowledge. I did not do any transaction with above mentioned company. It is a fraud and upon enquiry on customer care number of the bank I came to know that it was fraud.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
