Panchayya Dhanayya Swami filed complaint against Razorpay Software Private Limited on Feb 24, 2022
On ** Feb **** I did Transaction of ***** to Dhani app on Google pay,amount is deducted from my account but in dhani app it's showing Transaction is failed, Dhani uses the Razorpay is payment gateway, as Razorpay send mail to me stating that they are successfully processed my refund I will get refund within **-** days.
But now ** days are completed but still am not refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
