Hello,
I’m facing an issue with Story TV, where an auto-payment was deducted without my consent. I did not authorize any subscription, and it continues to deduct money even after I have cancelled it through my GPAY, the mobile number on their contact us section is fraudulent and invalid.
I contacted Story TV via email and Instagram but got no response. Google Play says to contact the merchant, but the merchant is unresponsive.
I need urgent help to cancel the subscription and get a refund.
