My father was highly misled by an advertisement offering a short drama show for a * Rupee trial fee. He paid the * Rupee via UPI, but your platform deceptively set up a hidden background UPI AutoPay mandate without explicit, clear consent.
On ** June **** at **:** AM, an automated premium subscription charge of ₹*** was deducted from the bank account via PhonePe without our active knowledge.
We have already revoked and cancelled the AutoPay mandate directly inside PhonePe to block any future unauthorized access. I demand an immediate, full reversal and refund of the ₹*** back to the original payment method.
