NXTWave - Unauthorized Debits Fraudulent Payment Plan by NxtWave Jodo Flex Demand for Refund Cancellation

I am writing to file a formal complaint against NxtWave and their financial partner Jodo Flex Payment, for unauthorized debits, fraudulent processing of a payment plan, and a complete lack of cooperation.

My son, Atharv Bilgaiyan, enrolled in a course with NxtWave. However, a 'Jodo Flex instalment plan' (Smart - ** EMI, ****-**, ID: e**fa*b*-***b-***f-bb**-a***fe****f*) was allegedly initiated in my name (Ajay Bilgaiyan), without my knowledge, consent, or explicit authorization. No loan documents or clear terms were ever shared with me at any stage, nor did I provide any income proof for such a loan.

On May **, ****, an unauthorized amount of ₹****.** was debited from my Axis Bank account (ending ****) for this alleged plan. Despite my immediate and repeated attempts to contact both NxtWave and Jodo Flex (via email on [Date of first email to NxtWave/Jodo], [Date of second email to NxtWave/Jodo], etc.), my requests for cancellation and a refund were ignored.

NxtWave's initial response (dated [Date of NxtWave's first email response]) failed to address my concerns about authorization and instead tried to discuss "renewal." Jodo Flex explicitly stated they are not authorized to cancel or refund and directed me back to NxtWave.

Shockingly, on June *, ****, a second unauthorized debit of ₹****.** occurred from my account, for which I again received a 'NxtWave | Fee Receipt - Jodo Flex instalment payment.' This demonstrates NxtWave and Jodo's continued unauthorized actions despite my clear protests.

My bank, Axis Bank, has also failed to cancel this unauthorized mandate, despite my direct requests and even a visit to their Dewas M.P. branch. They are incorrectly categorizing this as a 'loan' and are insisting on a letter from NxtWave/Jodo, which these companies are refusing to provide.

I have discovered similar complaints publicly available (e.g., Shilpa Kondreddy's complaint on Voxya.com dated April *, ****, concerning NxtWave and Jodo Flex's fraudulent loan processing), indicating a pattern of highly unethical and potentially unlawful practices by NxtWave and Jodo Flex.

I demand the immediate following actions:

Immediate full refund of both unauthorized debits: ₹****.** (May **, ****) and ₹****.** (June *, ****).
Immediate and permanent cancellation of any and all associated payment plans, mandates, or standing instructions linked to my account through Jodoflex/Bajaj for Atharv Bilgaiyan.
A formal written confirmation from NxtWave/Jodo that this unauthorized payment plan has been cancelled and no further debits will be attempted
