NXTWAVE - EMI issue with NXTWAVE EDUTECH compay

I am Dharmik and here to explain the financial and personal challenges I am facing due to my enrollment with NxtWave Edutech and the subsequent loan arranged through Varthana Finance. I am a mechanical engineering student who joined NxtWave about ten months ago after being informed that I would receive an internship within six to seven months of the program. However, despite waiting patiently and continuing with the course, no internship opportunity was offered. At the time of enrollment, I had clearly mentioned that I come from a lower-middle-class family — my father is a farmer with no fixed monthly income, and all three of his children, including myself, are pursuing engineering. In August ****, all of our college fees were due, and due to severe financial constraints, my family had to take another loan just to pay those fees and associated late charges. As a result, continuing to pay the NxtWave EMI through Varthana Finance became impossible.

I have tried to handle the matter responsibly by emailing NxtWave support more than ** times over two months, providing full details of my financial difficulties along with proof of the college loan and fee receipts. Unfortunately, I received a response stating that course cancellation is not possible after ** days of enrollment, without considering my genuine financial hardship. Due to the inability to continue EMI payments, I have now received a Section ** notice from Varthana Finance, which has caused me considerable mental stress and emotional distress. I am requesting that my case be reviewed with compassion and understanding, and that the NxtWave team coordinate with Varthana Finance to close my loan account or provide necessary financial relief. This situation has severely impacted both my studies and mental health, and I request an early, sympathetic resolution to my problem.
