Porter (Smartshift Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is not deleting my Driver Partner account. Even after account was blocked, my KYC documents, bank details and location history remain on their servers. When I try to delete account, OTP gets rejected with error 'Provided values cannot be processed.' This violates DPDP Act **** Section **. Legal notice sent on **/**/**** (Case: ********). Porter promised resolution in **-** hours but no action taken. Cyber Crime complaint filed. Consumer Helpline complaint filed (Docket: *******). Demanding Rs.**,*** compensation.
