Description of the Issue:
On the above-mentioned date, I availed of your shifting services for the relocation of my personal belongings. Unfortunately, upon unpacking, I discovered that my television had been severely damaged. The screen is cracked. This damage was not present before the move, leading me to believe that it occurred during the transportation or handling of my items by your team.
