Mukund Bhawar filed complaint against Nxtwave Ccbp 4 0 Academy on Jun 28, 2026
I joined NxtWave CCBP *.* Academy in December ****
with an initial one-time payment of ₹**,*** and
monthly EMI of ₹*,*** starting from *th January ****.
I want to discontinue the course due to financial
difficulties and sent a cancellation request email to
payments-support@nxtwave.tech but received absolutely
no response for over a week.
Additionally, in certain months NxtWave/Jodo has
debited my father's SBI bank account TWICE in the
same month without any justification or authorization.
Two separate receipts exist for the same month which
is completely unauthorized and amounts to fraudulent
deduction.
Despite my cancellation request:
*. NxtWave has not responded to my email
*. Autopay is still continuing unauthorized
*. Double debits have occurred in certain months
*. SBI branch also refused to cancel the mandate

I request immediate cancellation of all future autopay
mandates, EMIs linked to my account and refund of all
unauthorized double debits made by NxtWave/Jodo.
