I enrolled in the Nxtwave course with the hope of improving my career opportunities. At the time of enrollment, I agreed to continue the program and payment plan based on my financial condition during that period. I have already used the course for approximately one and a half years and have also paid installments regularly earlier.
However, due to severe financial difficulties and personal physical/mental stress, I am currently unable to continue the course or manage the remaining payments. I clearly informed the Nxtwave support team multiple times through emails and requested support, discontinuation, or a possible resolution considering my situation. Despite repeated requests, my concerns were not properly addressed.
Instead of providing reasonable assistance, I continuously receive pressure regarding payments and arrangements for settlement. I also started receiving repeated calls regarding payment issues, which has caused significant stress and fear for me and my family. I already explained that my current condition does not allow me to continue the payments immediately.
I am not trying to avoid responsibility intentionally. I requested understanding and support from the company due to genuine hardship, but I feel my situation is being ignored. The continuous pressure and lack of proper resolution have affected my mental peace and created emotional distress.
I request the following resolution from the company:
*. Stop continuous pressure calls regarding payments.
*. Provide a fair and reasonable closure/support solution considering my financial hardship.
*. Consider cancellation, restructuring, settlement, or relief for the remaining amount.
I am attaching copies of emails, payment details, screenshots, and other proofs showing that I already tried to resolve this issue peacefully with the company.
I request Voxya to help mediate and resolve this matter fairly.
