Krafton BGMI - Unauthorized Access Loss of BGMI Account DespiteInvestment No Supp

I am writing this complaint regarding the unauthorized access and complete loss of my BGMI account (UID: ***********).
My account was hacked/scammed, and the fraudster has changed all login credentials without my permission, due to which I have completely lost access to my account.
This account holds a financial investment of more than ₹*,**,***, including multiple UC (Unknown Cash) purchases. I have valid purchase receipts, screenshots, and screen recordings as proof of ownership.
Despite contacting the support team of Krafton India, I received only generic responses, and no proper action has been taken to recover my account.
Additionally:
My linked social media accounts were also compromised, for which I have already filed a cyber crime complaint and received an acknowledgement.
Even after submitting proofs, the company has failed to verify my ownership and restore my account.
This clearly shows deficiency in service and negligence in handling customer security and grievances, especially considering the large financial investment involved.
Relief Sought (Expectation):
I request the following actions:
Immediate recovery and restoration of my BGMI account
If recovery is not possible, then full compensation/refund for my total investment (₹*,**,***+)
Proper investigation into unauthorized access and security lapse
Prompt and effective customer support response
