Krafton BGMI - Assistance Required for Investigation of Hacked BGMI Account And Link My Account To a New One

I am a registered user of the mobile game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), developed and operated by Krafton India Pvt. Ltd. My in-game account (Character ID: **********, In-Game Name: RudeGuNdaYT was recently compromised/hacked by an unauthorized third party who linked their personal social accounts to my profile.
I am the absolute legal owner of this digital account and have multiple Google Play / Apple Store transaction receipts (GPA financial codes attached below) proving my continuous financial expenditure on this account.
I approached BGMI/Krafton frontline customer support with my official transaction receipts to recover my account. However, customer support formally denied assistance, stating that they "do not have the option to unlink accounts" and closed my ticket, thereby effectively locking me out of digital assets I paid for.
I request Forum to intervene and direct Krafton India to pass this case to their backend technical escalation team to remove the unauthorized third-party links and restore my account access. Alternatively, if they refuse, I demand a full refund of all financial transactions made toward Krafton
