I have created ZESTMONEY account for my some required, due to some error bank mandate (EMI) was not update . After the some support for EMI setup ,People from their team ask OTP for creating themselves the EMI. After so many struggles and try Bank updation happened.
After * days check the my eligibility amount ,**k was set up .Person guided me in the whole process said after the confirmation from your side ,loan amount get into process .
*nd march OTP send from the zest money as emi Setup ,Person told Otp for emi mandate registered but Before that somebody purchased the product under my name in the shop for about Rs.*****.** without any debiting message and physical verification .
Even the person Who called for Emi setup never said somebody purchased the things is know to you. Now the person mobile was switch off after purchase and i was in stage to pay loan from next month.
After enquiry ,there was some link between them.
Help me to recover the fund .Do the Needful.
