Hi! myself Pankaj Kumar Paswan would like to inform You that i had enrolled my children for free trial coding class of LIDO in the month of December ** . At the time of enrollment and continue coding classes i had clearly informed to Lido Learning team that i am not willing to avail any loan in my name and they were agreed that every month they will provide me link for payment of fees on monthly basis through UPI or any other digital mode. But unfortunately through conspiracy they have done unauthorised loan in my name without my any consent. They have raised loan of Rs*****/- from NBFC Early Salary by putting fake signature which has taken from my KYC documents. In this regards neither Lido Learning Pvt Ltd nor Early Salary has taken confirmation/consent form me. Till date they have never informed me through Mail or through my registered mobile number linked with my account no. On *th February **** amount of Rs ****/- has been deducted from account through ECS mandate after that i know about unauthorised loan raised through Conspiracy by LIDO LEARNING. After that i have raised complaint to LIDO LEARNING but they are not giving any response to my mail. Kindly note that after making complaint and continues follow up again Rs ****/- has deducted from my account on *th March **. In this regard i have already sent mail to Early Salary and Lido Learning alongwith copy to RBI for cancellation of loan which has been raised in my name through conspiracy.
