dear sir /madam
I book a returned ticket (new delhi to dubai )through mmt on **th october and paid full amount rs ****** of the same .immediatly after receiving the ticket mmt official mr rajesh called and said that your one pessenger can not travel as surname and name both are same of one pssngr ,sir ticket has been book through mmt app and surname has not been mention at the time of booking becouse its not given in passport.now your officer threaten that the pssanger anjum can not travel and i need to cancel the ticket and rebook.now they cancel the ticket and deduct aprx ***** without any authorization and no refund i get as of now.at the same time i have been asked to pay ***** and remaining ****** afterwards to complete the booking..sir i got the revised ticket with the same error and no refund of previous ticket as of now.
when called customer care they said that there was no error in previous ticket .if surname is not there it takes first name automatically.sir i have been misguided by your officers and deducted ***** unnessecerly and without authorisation and no confirm tickets got so far.
request you to kindly look in to matter and arrange to refund all my amount paid without any deduction .i really dont want travel by mmt anymore i just want my money back without any deduction for which i have been misguided else i will take up matter to consumer court.i need immediate action on your officials who misguided,cancel my ticket without any proper justification and deduct amount without any authorisation.
If error in your app then why consumer will pay.secondly i have been asked that no deduction will be done .i have voice recording which shall be produced in consumer court .i need my full amount back or confirmed ticket with refund of full amount.
If there was a mistake in one pssngrs name then why cancelled all tickets and cancellation fee charged.i need my full amount back rs ****** plus rs*****.
