Pvr Cinema - Unacceptable Experience at PVR Cinema Lulu Mall

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your cinema today. I watched the movie "Jawan" in the *DX auditorium and encountered multiple issues that have left me frustrated and disappointed.

Firstly, the lack of proper chair numbering in the sitting area caused a significant disturbance during the movie. The LED lights were directly affecting my view, and I have even captured proof of this inconvenience. This is highly unacceptable and tarnished my movie-watching experience.

Moreover, an incident occurred towards the end of the movie when I urgently needed to use the restroom. However, your staff downright refused to grant me permission, stating that I should exit the cinema premises to use the facilities since the movie was over. This refusal was insulting and has left me deeply upset. I request you to review the CCTV footage of the *DX auditorium to verify this encounter.

Overall, the combination of the disturbance caused by the LED lights and the staff's refusal to allow me to use the restroom has left me extremely dissatisfied with my visit to PVR Cinema Lulu Mall. I hope you take immediate action to rectify these issues to avoid such experiences for future customers.
