I initiated a withdrawal of ₹**,*** from my Bitnns account on November *, ****, but the amount was not credited to my bank account. After almost * months I was informed that instant withdrawals option was available but when I cancelled my normal bank withdrawals to opt for instant withdrawal, that option again became unavailable after * days and I was informed that it was made available only for pilot purpose. I again initiated withdrawal of my funds on **-*-**, but still my amount is not credited.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
