I had invested in crypto currency through BitBNS. I had requested to withdraw an amount of Rs **,*** from the site on **th November, **** however, I have still not received the funds in my account yet. I also have other existing investments on their websites but not able to do anything as they are not allowing transfer of cryptocurrency or withdrawal of the funds. Upon contacting them via email, they are just sending standard replies that since there having some ongoing investigations, there has been delays for withdrawal processing.
