I have been chasing the Airtel DTH consumer support guys to help me fix the issue, however, they raise a request telling me our engineer will come and fix it. The engineer calls, takes the address and doesn't show up. Actually the issue is that I am not able to view some channels even after subscribing and paying for those channels. Some of the channels of the same parent company are crystal clear however, some are having issues. When asked Airtel DTH guys to come and fix they asked for Rs. *** as fee but are not turning up to fix the issue. I feel like I am looted for the subscription amount that I pay for viewing those channels.
