Goibibo airlines Indigo Airlines - Unable to use my credit shell

I have credit shell balance of INR ****. but while trying to book the flight with all correct details of old PNR booking the error message showing that " there is no credit shell balance against the details enter". Kindly resolve this quickly because I need to book flight by using my credit shell.
