Hi sir my name is Pravesh Kumar Vikramaditya Vishwakarma I have my PNR number OG*CSM I spoke to the airline. They told us that the amount has been credited to the goibibo agency but Sir our amount did not come into our account and we were booking for future Credit shell use credit shell balance shows are not happening, please solve our problem, thank you
