Vivekananda Gopal filed complaint against Dhani One freedom credit card on Jul 23, 2021
In spite of paying all the dues on my Dhani One Freedom Card, I am not been able to utilize the card for the past * months. The error it shows is insufficient funds in my account. I have also paid their subscription fees for these months. My constant mails to them have gone unanswered and their executives tell me bluntly that it is a technical issue and I have to only sort it out through mails. Is there any way to communicate with their backend team to get this matter sorted?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
