Dhani One freedom credit card - Not able to pay due in dhani one freedom card
Ashok kumar jain filed complaint against Dhani One freedom credit card on Jan 5, 2022
No dues are shown in the app but card is inactive saying clear the dues to activate card. No response from support and grievance. Customer care executives drops the call after listening the issue.
I am unable to activate card from my side, when i am trying to activate card i am getting error message on display like pay subscription amount, but i already paid subscription, please check screenshot and details explained below

dhani one freedom card is inactive for last * month, , , All my emi's related to dhani account and dhani one freedom card debited . but my dhani one card is inactive but showing credit limit.., card still inactive, kindly please activate my card
As I'm getting so many calls to clear my dues of rs.* but i am not able to pay my dues as there is no option of pay.
