My Uber eat account has been put on hold and Uber doesn’t allow me to submit any issue through their application. I had placed an order with Uber Eats and after the order is being confirmed and prepared the order never arrived at my delivery address. I am unable to report this incident to Uber Eats as they have blocked my account because of higher refund usage.
They should know that customer did not contact without any issue if no issues then why does customer service even call. I had earlier reported all the issue which I faced with Uber now they blocked my account. I want a refund for my orders.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
