Metro Shoes - Unable to return wrong product

Hi,

I placed an order with no. MS******** on metro shoes online for a crocs slipper for Rs. **** and it had ** days refund policy. I am unable to return it from **th September even after calling metro customer care **s of times and I have been writing emails for last ** days but I have not been given any updates on the status of my return. This has been a frustrating experience.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency regarding my return. I have been a loyal customer of your company for many years, and I am surprised by the poor customer service I have received.

I would like to request that you immediately process my return & refund. I would also like to receive an explanation for the delay in processing my return.
