Product was delivered by self courier to metro shoes Bhiwandi warehouse on December **th, and as per customer policy, you took * days for inspection and *-* days to initiate the refund.
Because I am extremely frustrated by metro behavior and process. I made numerous calls to metro customer service but received the same response. And apart from that I've not received any email or call for these issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
