future group big bazzar - Unable to redeem Future pay wallet

I had added **,*** to future pay wallet but unable to use them as Reliance have taken over Future group.
I feel cheated for my investment.
No answer on customer care numbers.
No reply to emails.
What should a common man do in this case.
Please help !!
