future group big bazzar - Big Bazaar Profit Club card refund

Hello Sir I paid Rs **,*** for a profit club card back when Bigbazar (Future group) was still open. The deal said that I would receive Rs *,*** every month for a year, which I could use to make purchases at any Bigbazar stores. However, after just two payments, Bigbazar was shut down, and Reliance Retail has taken over all of the Bigbazar locations. I tried to reach Bigbazar (Future group) through phone numbers and other contacts but no number or mail id was reachable. I tried to reach the store which was closed for many months and when it open I can see the same employees who were in Bigbazar are now in Reliance retail clothing, I let them know my issue, they said we will help you and they have taken the card details and phone number and ask us to wait, we will get refund. However, they now claim that they have informed higher-ups and that they are powerless to take further action. I also made an attempt to contact the reliance retail offices, but they are likewise unresponsive. After waiting for a year, it appears that neither Future group nor Reliance is interested in returning the money. Please suggest and help me get my money back
