I purchased a ** years holiday package from Taj India resort for Rs *,**,***. I have been trying to book properties through them for * years now but only response which I get is that we are sorry, we don't have properties at this location. They are not able to provide properties in India as well as outside India. It is a harassment that they have taken this huge amount of money upfront yet are unable to provide promised services. I have been mentally and financially drained following up with them and only to hear that they are apology & they can't do anything about it.
