Taj India Resorts limited - Fraud misselling

I have bought the * year membership * days back. They promise to provide */* star properties.
*) I have an email from them with * star options being offered which is the first fraud.
*) Their email response rate is so slow, takes *-* days with no acknowledgment. Poor customer service standards
*) There is a clear clause to get full refund with a deduction of *****, however not being honoured
*) Ms Uma, Mr Reddy were the sales people who sold me the membership, but they too are not responsive.
*) If they don't respond to new customers, there is no way they would answer/support any customer queries with passing time and them honouring * years/** years of relationship and promises is just impossible
*) I will move to court as well, no matter how much time and money I need to put but won’t let them fool others
*) I have written to Hyatt, Janakpuri where they ran their marketing campaign to ensure they don't get any more bookings there.
