Godaddy - Unable to login to my account leading to failed renewal of domains

Around * months back when I got a notification of renewal of my domains in GoDaddy I tried logging to my account but there was an error stating please try again later. I changed my password and even tried getting in touch with GoDaddy over emails and calls. After about a month of failed attempts, I was told my account has been blocked. I asked the team to unblock it for which I was asked to drop an email on verifypayment@godaddy.com. This was done on the **th of July. I still haven't received any updates and I have tried calling them and emailing them.
This has led to my site awaremonk.com being down for more than a month and this is causing both monetary and investor relation problems to me and my company (awaremonk technologies Pvt ltd).
