I have purchased Dell Laptop on January **nd ****, I am facing a lot of issues on my laptop as mentioned below -
*. Unable to install any softwares(Ex: Pro tools, Premiere pro, Visual studio,).
*. Laptop is getting too noisy(Fan Sound)
*. Can't adjust the settings like brightness of the screen, sound, Font etc.
*. Battery life is not good as expected(will die in * hrs)
*. Motherboard and Fan are exchanged by Dell Service center more than * times within * month of span.(We have visited the Dell service center more than * times in * month of span)
Hence we would like to exchange the laptop through the company. We have not been able to get any help from the customer support as well as the service center and we are not happy with the dell service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
