DELL inspiron 3051 - Laptop not open or start for working

I purchased Dell Inspiron **** core i* **th gen.(*GB/*TBHDD/***GBSSD/Windows **Home/*GB Graphics) in ** March ****from Flipkart as order ID ******************.
Then I go to An othrised service center as RAGHAV COMPUTERS
B-* BUILDING NO.**,EROS BUILDING NEHRU PLACE,NEW DELHI On dt **th August ****,At reception girl taken my laptop & Telling me motherboard problem in this laptop.I surprise reception girl known laptop fault only touch the laptop & not arrenge a motherboard till DT as**th August **** when my laptop on garantee/warantee period.
