Travellook - unable to get Refund flight ticket amount from travel look

Firstly i booked my flight ticket on **th November from Vishakhapatnam to Bangalore through Travel look.

this is the status on the account, i was contacting them continuously the only reply i get is they will solve in ** hrs and they say they have processed from their side and bank issue that's why u might have not received. Jan *th i have booked another ticket which cost me Rs **** from bangalore to Vishakhapatnam Ref no - REF*********.
Kindly help me with the refund After completion of payment they cancelled the ticket and said they will refund the amount because they couldnt't confirm the PNR.
