Travellook - Extra amount had been asked after booking of flight Refund not happen yet

I was booked flight on December ** th **** from bhubaneshwar to Chennai through travellook web site when the time of booking that fare was Rs.**** but after few minutes. I got call from travellook as thay said " your ticket price has been hiked upto **** if you pay we will confirm your journey " .i had argued with them how can i pay after booking then they conclude with this statement "sorry sir we can not confirm your journey we are canceling your ticket and refund will be reflect on your account with in * to ** working days". Today date is *th January **** . I had been conduct two times between these **th dec to * th jan .their said it will be refund soon but still it was not credited in my account. Please resolve this kind of problems .i booked ticket for my emergency if i had not been surplus amount that day i couldn't travel .please do the need ful.
