Complaint Details:
I have taken a personal loan serviced by Northern Arc Capital Ltd. through ZIP EMI. I want to foreclose (pre-close) my loan account (Loan A/C: ****************) and make full payment immediately.
However, I am facing the following issues:
There is no foreclosure option available in the ZIP EMI app, which is the platform through which the loan is being serviced.
I have already sent multiple emails to Northern Arc requesting the foreclosure amount and payment details, but no response has been received so far.
The customer care number is not reachable / calls are not being answered, making it impossible to proceed with closure.
Despite being ready to pay the full outstanding amount immediately, I am being forced to continue with EMIs due to the lender’s inaction. This is causing unnecessary financial burden and delay.
As per RBI guidelines, lenders are required to provide foreclosure facility and disclose charges transparently. The current situation reflects deficiency in service and non-compliance.
Expected Resolution:
Immediate sharing of final foreclosure amount (with full breakup)
Provision of payment link / bank details to complete closure
Issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) and confirmation of loan closure after payment
I request urgent intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.
