I had applied for a personal loan last month in lieu of payment to an incubator. India Startup School.
The first payment went fine. However, for the *nd month payment, my husband has been listed as my alternate contact
He has been receiving ** calls a day for what?
Is this how you all run your operations?
I knew NBFCs were notorious, but this is a new low.
I would like to foreclose this loan.
You don't even have an online option to do so.
I think both ISS and I have wasted our precious time on this issue.
Please resolve this, or I will drag Northern Arc to the consumer court for the same.
