Skill-lync - Unable to exit course

I'm a graduate. but I didn't have a job. I was working as an apprentice in HAL. I searched various online platforms to learn a skill and get job. I came across Skill-lync. At first just out of curiosity, just wanted to course details and fee, since it costed around **K. I didnt select. But somehow the RM of that company used to call sometimes and ask to take the course and learn and get good job. i had no option then after thinking a lot , decide to take the course. but i stopped because of paying **K at a time, hence i rejected. i had no plans of taking through EMI, because it will be burden for my father, who is a retired person. thinking it will be difficult for monthly expenses. but RM insisted on taking. finally i took. i took the course on ** September ****, but after taking within * days , i was not able to understand the course, i wanted to exit. but they didnt allow. they didnt inform about policies about the option of not exitting the course. i was trapped into the course. only after taking the course did they inform about their policy which doesnt allow students to exit the course inbetween.i have been trying to ask the technical team, the RM, the support team , no use. wrote emails to the management team, support team, no use. even after * months , i didnt even completed **% of the course. but still they didnt accept. i tried to change the course in betweeen,, but still it was no use. i had been trying express my problems to the technical team , no one helped us. i am trapped in this course. im struggling to understand. and i am not able to see the future, i dont have confidence that i will complete the course and get job through this. please help.
